Entwickelt wird das Tool an der Uniklinik Köln in der Arbeitsgruppe von Prof. Dr. Janne Vehreschild. Es dient der Dokumentation von Lagerung und Prozessierung von unterschiedlichen Bioproben. Die alltägliche praktische Laborarbeit wird stark vereinfacht und beschleunigt, mögliche Fehlerquellen werden minimiert und die Qualität der Dokumentation wird gesteigert. Informationen zu Studien, Proben, Aliquots und Prozessierungsschritten werden in HEnRY strukturiert erfasst und gespeichert und die Zusammenarbeit verschiedener Arbeitsgruppen soll durch Möglichkeiten zum Datenaustausch vereinfacht werden.</span>

HEnRY (HIV Engaged Research Technology) ist die DZIF-eigene Biobanking-Software. Entwickelt wird das Tool an der Uniklinik Köln in der Arbeitsgruppe von Prof. Dr. Janne Vehreschild. Es dient der Dokumentation von Lagerung und Prozessierung von unterschiedlichen Bioproben. Die alltägliche praktische Laborarbeit wird stark vereinfacht und beschleunigt, mögliche Fehlerquellen werden minimiert und die Qualität der Dokumentation wird gesteigert. Informationen zu Studien, Proben, Aliquots und Prozessierungsschritten werden in HEnRY strukturiert erfasst und gespeichert und die Zusammenarbeit verschiedener Arbeitsgruppen soll durch Möglichkeiten zum Datenaustausch vereinfacht werden.
